Mission Projects About Us From The Heart Upcoming Events Useful Links	Social/Recreational Grant Information  For Individuals Parents Of Autistic Children-Hudson Valley is pleased to offer grants to offset the costs of social/recreational programs to qualified applicants. To qualify for this award children must be between the ages of 3 and 21 years old, must be diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and reside in the Hudson Valley.         Applicants can request up to $400.00 and should attach a copy of the social /recreational program information to their application. If you have already paid for the program, please attach proof of payment. Generally, checks are made out directly to the program provider. Applications will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Candidates may apply as often as they wish, but will be awarded only up to $400.00 per year.         Grants are made available through funds raised by POAC-HV's Annual Autism Awareness Golf Tournament. Because the amount of funds varies from year to year, so will the amount of money made available for grants.
